Breakfast

  • A glass of water immediately after waking up
  • Herbal tea without sugar
  • A serving of cereal without added sugar, whole wheat bread or other fiber product without sugar such as steel-cut oatmeal
  • A serving of milk or yogurt (no sugar of course!)

Snack

  • 1 cup of green tea and 1 orange (vitamin c)

Lunch

  • Vegetable salad with lettuce, tomatoes and carrots, dressed with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon
  • Dark whole meal bread
  • With feta cheese or lean smoked meat

 

Snack

  • Either 1 apple, which is rich in fiber or a portion of berries which are good for blood circulation

Dinner

  • Vegetable salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and beetroot (blood purifying) dressed with extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Salmon baked in the oven with fresh garlic and lemon juice, both blood purifyers
  • Cooked vegetables of your choice. Eat them with a little olive oil and some lemon. Olive oil is essential to a healthy body and will help meals be more enjoyable as well.

Breakfast

  • A glass of water immediately after waking up
  • Herbal tea without sugar
  • Yogurt with honey
  • Fresh berries, which are good for blood circulation

 

Snack

  • 1 cup of green tea and fresh green grapes

Lunch

  • A vegetable salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and brown or white beans
  • ½ avocado, rich in essential oils, vitamin A, Omega-3 and vitamin B6

  • Whole wheat bread

Snack

  • Pineapple, which is rich in fiber and full of water to help flush toxins and waste

Dinner

  • A vegetable salad (vegetables of your choice), with olive oil and lemon juice
  • Basmati or Jasmine rice or brown rice
    Grilled Vegetables
  • Feta cheese
