LOSE WEIGHT WITH WATERIt is undoubtedly old news that we are going to tell you to drink more water, at least a gallon a day. If it is so important, why doesn’t everybody just do it? We are unsure also. It is such a quick, easy thing to do but most of us do not hydrate our bodies enough daily.

Our bodies are made up of approximately 66% water. This liquid is fundamental to our body’s functions by helping lubricate certain parts and flushing out wastes and toxins that have built up in our systems.

Every day we lose, depending on conditions, about 1 ½ liters of water. To stay healthy this loss should be reconstituted. In some situations, it is important to drink even more, for example, in hot weather, during intensive sport, during bouts of diarrhea or if you are pregnant.

Indeed, it is tedious and boring to always have to drink more than a gallon a day of water, but it is imperative to do so. If you drink after you are thirsty, then your body is already slightly dehydrated. Drink whenever you think about it. This will prevent dehydration.

Water is good for your skin, as it helps combat cellulite and also stops hunger which is handy if you are on a diet.
