Having a nutritious diet will affect the appearance of your body in a positive way. You should have  a diet plan filled with fruits, vegetables, lean protein and whole grains. Drinking plenty of water cleanses your body system and prevent you from overeating. Eating foods that are high in fat, salt and sugar should stay only in moderation. In addition, it is better to prepare your own meals at home instead of eating at restaurants. When you cook at home, you are aware of all the ingredients that go into your food, and you can control your portion sizes.

Exercise

Having enough exercise is the first step for a healthy lifestyle and a beautiful body. Along with preventing disease and prolonging life, exercise can make your body leaner. Aim to get about 30 minutes of physical activity, at least, five days a week. Choose a physical activity that you enjoy so you can easily stick with it.
