Lose Weight with Vegetable-SoupDo you have a big party coming soon and want to be in shape for it? Try a vegetable soup diet that is easy and fast and effective way to lose weight; in three days you should see a difference.

It is very easy to follow. For breakfast eat as much fresh fruit (not canned) as you want. Then the rest of the day you eat vegetable soup, as much and as often as you like. Follow this diet for at least one, but only up to three, days. Remember to consult your physician whenever undergoing a new exercise and/or diet regime for personalized advice.

The vegetable soup recipe is this:

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 celery
  • 1 leek
  • ½ green cabbage
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 can of vegetable broth

Peel the tomatoes after dropping them briefly in boiling water, then immediately depositing them in an ice water bath. Wash the other vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Prepare the vegetable soup broth according to the instructions on the package. Then add about 1 liter of cold water and the chopped vegetables. Let it boil for at least 1 hour. Add salt, pepper and other herbs and spices to taste.

Make sure that you add all the ingredients mentioned above. Do not replace them with other vegetables, because it is precisely this combination of ingredients that will make you lose weight. Also be sure to drink more than 1 ½ liters of water per day.

Prepare this soup even once after the holidays, or if you have a bloated feeling because you ate too much. If you do not wish to lose weight, but to detoxify your body instead, you may add whole wheat bread to the vegetable soup on the side.
