honey health benefits for skin

Honey is a sweet liquid that the bees produce from flower nectar. A mixture containing fructose, glucose, water, organic acids, minerals and vitamins. Taste and color depend on the flower nectar it is made of.

Honey, Wheat germ oil,

Apricot kernel oil, Flower water.

How to prepare Honey Mask:

1. Mix 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. wheat germ oil, 3 drops of apricot oil and 1 teaspoon flower water.

2. Lubricate the mixture on the face and neck.

3. After 10 min. remove the mixture with warm water.

4. Rinse the face with cold water and apply moisturizer.


Lip balm with honey:


Rose water

Pure coconut oil (because it stiffens a little more, optional)


1. Melt 1 tbsp. honey and 1 tbsp. coconut oil and mix it with 1 teaspoon rose water.

2. Pour the mixture into a lid of a jar and allow to cool.


Honey for dry skin (on knees and elbows):


1. Heat some honey  and put it on knees and / or elbows.
2. After 15 minutes rinse  the honey and rinse your skin.
